On-site Network Services

At our clients' locations, we provide the following network services:

set up, troubleshoot and maintain servers and PCs
install software, resolve software & hardware conflicts, maintain operating systems
set up printers, scanners, tape drives and other peripherals
set up and/or maintain local area networks (LAN), including wireless (WIFI)
set up, configure and maintain security for servers, PCs & LAN
connect local area network (LAN) to high-speed Internet connection
train staff on Microsoft Office (2003/2007), Web, e-mail, etc.
provide technical support on-site, via phone or via e-mail

Note: For the services described above, INDEX travels anywhere within Massachusetts for at least four hours of work. For regularly-scheduled, contracted work, INDEX serves nonprofits within thirty minutes of Waltham, Massachusetts, USA.
