Because of New England INDEX's long history as a nonprofit, we understand it is often necessary to make do with less. We know how to implement technology on a limited budget. We have been doing it ourselves since 1986.

assessment. INDEX demystifies and clarifies issues and technologies
to help clients make better decisions. In addition, INDEX staff can
generate detailed, technology-solution proposals for clients.
